This was a complex, challenging and demanding project, as we were dealing with a world-class company made up of a very experienced, demanding and networked team of professionals.

Branding:
Logo as well as any branding guidelines were entrusted to us. Colouring, font used as well as the logo shape and styling needed to reflect opulence and trust.
Many hours were devoted into getting this right as it would determine the general outcome of the business’s marketing efforts.

Web Design:
The website needed to feature three distinct sections: Rentals & Management, Property Sales and Real Estate Advisory.
Taking into account that almost all listings on offer are high-end, luxury properties, and based on the pre-agreed branding, we set about designing a modern, luxurious and assuring website that could accommodate all of the necessary types of listings and properties.
Special care was placed on the underlying property management system, the website’s property search tool, its speed as well as security and integrity.
Due to the heavy text content that needed to be futured, we also focused on presenting all content in a coherent, simple and user-friendly manner for a more pleasing result as well as higher conversions.
The header, main menu, footer as well as every single icon, background and text element were scrutinised to perfection.
As the icing on the cake, during the website development’s last stage, subtle animation was added for that sparkling effect.

All in all, we are proud to have managed to come out on top of yet another successful project as well as for the fact that we managed to please a company of such high calliper.
The fact that we have been entrusted with the firm’s on-going online marketing, provides further testament to the success of our collaboration.
