MUSAN

Web Theoria had the pleasure of partnering with MUSAN along with the Department of Fisheries and Marine Research of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and the Environment, as well as the Municipality of Ayia Napa, to create a visually stunning and informative website that reflects the museum’s unique underwater experience. We aimed to achieve a minimalistic yet impressive look, which is why the website opens with a large logo followed by an abstract gallery that invites users to explore the depths of the sea.

Our team created a custom website that uses the colours of the logo and the sea, incorporating large images and bold text to enhance the visual appeal. Engaging design elements and interactive features provide an immersive online experience. The site includes detailed information about the sculptures, the artists, and the museum’s mission to promote marine conservation. High-quality images and videos were integrated to give visitors a glimpse of the underwater wonders they can expect to see.

To ensure easy navigation, we developed multiple page templates that organize the content effectively, making it simple for users to find information about visiting, diving opportunities, and the environmental impact of the museum. A 3D-like map was added to showcase the sculptures and the distance between them, enhancing the user experience. Additionally, we integrated a section with social media posts that allows users to click and be taken directly to specific posts on Facebook or Instagram.

Throughout the project, we had an excellent collaboration with the MUSAN team and the result is a unique website that informs and inspires visitors to explore and appreciate the underwater world of MUSAN.
