The Case Study
Launching a premium fashion brand without any existing digital presence requires clear positioning and a structured approach. At the beginning of this project, there were no social media accounts and no audience. Our role was to build a complete social media strategy from scratch and introduce the Armani portfolio in Cyprus in a way that felt consistent, elevated, and aligned with global brand standards.
Over a six-month period, we executed a full digital rollout for Pavona Fashion, the official representative of A|X Armani Exchange, Emporio Armani, and EA7 in Cyprus. We established and optimised all social media channels, produced premium content tailored to each brand’s identity, managed targeted advertising campaigns, and implemented a clear content framework. Alongside this, we led an influencer marketing campaign with selected Cypriot creators, supported structured email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive store traffic, and designed and developed the website entirely from the ground up to ensure a seamless and unified digital presence.
The results reflect the strength of this structured execution. From zero followers, the accounts grew to over 2,271 followers within six months, building a strong and credible foundation. Today, the platforms operate as a refined digital showcase, strengthening brand awareness, supporting in-store performance, and positioning the Armani world in Cyprus with confidence and long-term growth momentum.
